CANCELLATION POLICY

  Goldrick Tuition prides itself on giving you complete flexibility – there are no contracts for our services, no prepayments and you are not locked into a defined number of sessions per term.

That being said, we are fully dependent on the sessions with students to survive, so we ask you respect this by honouring the following:

If you are unable to attend a session, please send a text message at least 24 hours ahead of time. If notice is not given within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, you will still be charged for that session..

We understand that in many situations this might be unavoidable – your child may leave school sick or there may be a sudden emergency preventing the session from happening. Whilst we still maintain the right to charge you for the session, in most cases, the session can be waived or rescheduled for another time that week.

If you are going away for an extended period of time, please provide at least 2 weeks notice. 

If you no longer require tuition, please let me know by emailing simone@goldricktuition.com 2 weeks ahead of your proposed final session.

These requests exist to ensure that sessions aren’t regularly cancelled at the last minute. For your tutor, the session begins way before the start of the session; time is spent before the session preparing and planning to maximise the value brought to your child, so by providing adequate notice of changes and cancellations will be greatly appreciated.
